The Ruined Manor can be in any forest tile on the map.
To go inside the Manor, the player must smash barrels to find a secret trapdoor entrance.
You can find the Black Boar Head sitting on the wall inside of the Ruined Manor. There will be plenty of loot inside, but once you leave the Ruined Manor you will be ambushed by a dangerous group of brigands.

Hidden quest
The Black Boar Head can be returned to its owner, Brukk, inside The Black Boar Inn. You will be rewarded with a discount when renting a room and +100 Reputation in Osbrook. You will be also able to request a free mug of Dark Ale from Brukk once a day.
