- There is a building with a cellar under it. The entrance to it is hidden inside the building - under the carpet, that must be turned over. A note and a unique epic belt can be found there.

- The rumored version of this point of interest called "Ryn's Homestead", but after the reaching it becomes renamed into "Ransacked Homestead".
