The Order's Prison is a Point of Interest.

Various trinkets, a Cone Helmet and 'Marlo' can be found. The Ornate Mail Coif can be found in Marlo's cell. Agreeing to help Marlo will give the player the 'Bunch of Keys' item, which gives access to all cells in the underground portion of the Prison.
