Wolf Trails are a generic point of interest that usually contains around five (?) Wolves.
Like most other wildlife locations, the loot is usually limited to the drops of the wildlife there. In this case: Sinewy Meat, and a Wolf Pelt (if the pelt is relatively undamaged (see Butchering)). In addition, there are two Silverleafs growing in the location, which can be very useful to the mercenary.
