Description
They can only be found in the Pine and Leaf Forest biomes.
Wolves usually come in herds of 2 to even 6 individuals.
The "Howl" ability can make fighting them even more difficult, attracting nearby wolves.
Thanks to the "Pack Sense" skill, the more wolves there are, the stronger they become.
Additionally, each beast has the "Dash" skill, which makes escaping the wolf pack really hard if it gets too close.
All this makes fighting a large pack of wolves in an open area a challenge even for moderately experienced mercenaries.
Tactics
Use the terrain to your advantage.
Try to lure the wolves to a place where they can only fight you one or two at a time.
Hide behind obstacles to minimize the dangers of "Dash" attacks.
Remember - wolves lured by "Howl" can still appear after the fight and will join the attack while you are resting.
Possible Loot
- After Butchering each Wolf leaves 1 Sinewy Meat.
- If her skin has not been cut, 1 Wolf Pelt can also be obtained.
- Wolf Tongue (if Huntmaster skill is unlocked)
