With 94% chance Immobilizes all targets within the spell's area of effect and applies them with +25% Fumble Chance and -25% Energy Restoration for 2 turns. |
Spectral Haunting | Spell Type: Target Object Range: 1 Energy: 25 Cooldown: 60 | Activates "Spectral Haunting" for 1 turn. Receiving damage removes the effect. While "Spectral Haunting" is active, grants all received strikes and shots +20% Fumble Chance and -10% Accuracy. When the effect expires, the Wraith disappears for 2-4 turns, then materializes on a tile adjacent to an enemy and delivers a strike to them. If the strike hits its target, increases the Wraith's Max Health by 20% and permanently grants it +3% Crit Chance. |
Nail Down | Attack Type: Target Object Range: 2 Energy: 14 Cooldown: 12 Modified by: Strength, Agility, Perception - Requires a spear | Delivers a strike to one of the target's legs with +5% Crit Chance. If the target is adjacent, grants the strike +20% Weapon Damage and +50% Knockback Chance. If the target is 1 tile away, grants the strike +20% Bodypart Damage and +50% Immobilization Chance. |
